Easy install and flawless function with over 300 .40 180 grain rounds shot at the range so far. (Make sure that your slide spring is securely in it''s correct groove or you may get a hard to clear shell jam.) I love this barrel. It makes me a better than shooter than I generaly am. :) If there are any cons to this barrel it would be the required cleaning after normal shooting. But its a small price overall. Discharge from the 6 ports will need much more cleaning to the outside of the barrel and the exposed areas of the slide near the ports. After 75 rounds or so the white dot fixed front sight was darkened to black. It cleans off back to its white color with standard cleaning matterials though.
