For a while I was carrying my gun to work, which is a "sit down" job. I use the "Smart Carry" concealed system, and I carry the Glock 33 (.357 Sig). When I would sit down,though I was very confident in the "Smart Carry", I would worry about the movement while sitting down might cause a discharge. I decided to get the Safe-T-Blok. Now when I am at work, and sitting down for most of the day, I have that "peace of mind" that no discharge will ever be possible. When I leave work, and walking in public or around my neighborhood, I just take the Safe-T-Blok out and place in in my "Smart Carry" and my weapon is ready to go. Then when I go to work, I but the Safe-T-Blok back in for that "Peace of mind". The Safe-T-Blok gives you that confidence that your weapon will NEVER go off accidentally.

So far so good. After reading some reviews, I was worried that the device might not work with my BlackHawk holster. I have not had any problems so far and it appears to be a solid device. It ejects easy and does not slow down my time to get on target at all. All in all.... I think that its an added layer of safety for those who feel the need for such thing. As a firearms Instructor, I wanted to evaluate it in case my students asked me about my opinion of it.

brilliant, simple. fits perfect. took two seconds to adjust the retention screw for the right amount of tension-took just two tries to get it to install sans effort stay in place and it "POPS" out- just like the ad. I like the added security of preventing trigger travel in a holstered pistol- there is no way an AD can happen with this!

I''m very pleased with this product. I currently on three of them. It gives you that little bit more of assurance that you won''t have an accidental dischearge. It helps to prevent anything from getting in the trigger gquard.

This thing is awesome - the blogs argue back and forth about how safe the Glock is and how important it is that your firearm is chambered and ready to fire - the simple fact is that if your comfortable carrying that way, then that''s great - but for me; I can draw and fire just as quickly with this puppy installed, as I can without it, yet I KNOW my firearm will NEVER "accidently" fire, AND in the unlikely event someone were to pull my firearm, from my holster, they''ll be in for a surprise when the trigger won''t pull... anyway, that''s my 2 cents...

This product works great and gives me a feeling of added protection without sacrificing the benefits of the Glock safe action system.
