About a 5 minute install and the larger size makes droping the mag quicker plus it doesn''t cause any problems with the holsters that I use. only gets 3 stars because one of the screws stripped out the plastic as soon as it got snug but not really worried because the screws are pretty long and I put a Brooks Tactical A-Grip on the pistol and this covers the mag release so the screw can''t back out
