Notable reduction in recoil in my Glock 19. Definitely get the captive guide rod with it. My groups improved significantly after installing this recoil spring.

A little noisy at first,but quieted down after cycling a few rounds through it.Stronger than factory part.

product works fine the 22# spring i ordered is still stiff.I imagine with more use the spring will work just fine.If not i will try different # springs untill i find the perfect system for me.I will try this on wild hog hunting this year and see how it works out.thank you brandon
