My reason for purchasing this SS guide rod was strickly for saftey. And the plastic guide rod just seems unsafe. The extra perks like tighter spring fit and ease of replacement of springs is a good idea. How can you go wrong....Shipping-was a discrace,(One Month to get).
I bought a ported barrel for my 10mm witch works almost as good as it looks. (Slight decrease in up-ward recoil,much better in accuracy.

No instructions for the guide or spring, but easy to figure out. Recommend you use locktight on allen head screw after installing spring.

I got this for my glock 21c duty weapon. I used the factory spring off the plastic guide rod. The fit and quality is superb. plus it looks great with the hex head screw at the end.(the screw is blued by the way not stainless so it matches you gun) Just know that you will need to use some "blue" lock tight thread locker because the screw will back out very quickly if you don''t. but once you do you won''t have any problems. Even rockin thru .45 ammo I''ve had no problems. i highly recomend.
